Natalie Bale, our creative Director, has been in the Industry for over 3 decades and off the back of a successful Dance Studio, MAD Studios, is launching our Talent Agency – MAD Talent!
As an industry professional and International Adjudicator, Natalie has a good eye for spotting talent! She has been teaching students for over 30 years in all areas of Dance and Performing Arts, many whom have gone on to become professionals in the Theatre and Television industries.
Natalie looks forward to nurturing talent and believes the power of performing arts to enhance confidence and develop creativity along with many other lifelong skills.
Our Story
MAD Talent Agency is a boutique Talent Agency representing emerging artists including dancers, actors, models and creatives from ages 2-18 years.
As an Agency, we will work to ensure your children are well promoted, protected and audition ready for every job that comes their way.

Photography and self-tape workshops are offered frequently, to ensure your talent are managed to the highest degree.
There are no joining or membership fees, just standard industry commission and a promise to support and guide our young artists to our utmost ability.
